What happens when
I order a product from JantzenBooks, Inc. over the internet?
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email confirmation of it, if it
went through properly. Your name, email, and address will not be added to any
mailing list other than that of JantzenBooks, Inc. JantzenBooks, Inc. does not
sell its mailing list.
Please be aware that you are ordering from the first edition printing. If sufficient binder-kits are not in stock, you will be notified by email and your order will be back-ordered and supplied in the second edition.
Is my credit card
information secure?
We provide online purchasing through a SECURE server. You can check that you
are connected to a secure server by noting the lock symbol in the bottom right
hand corner of your screen. Your credit card information is processed by Electronic
Merchant Services through authorize.net.
What is your method
of shipping?
JantzenBooks, Inc. generally ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
for small orders (1 – 5 copies) and by ground services (FedEx or UPS)
for large orders. Delivery times vary depending on where in the country you
are located, and generally your order will arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
In Los Angeles County, large orders may be delivered by JantzenBooks, Inc. staff.
What credit cards
does JantzenBooks, Inc. accept?
We accept only VISA and MasterCard credit card charges at this time.
Does JantzenBooks, Inc. accept payment via PayPal?
Yes, you may pay by PayPal if you
have an account with them. Just select that option on the appropriate shopping
cart page. If you don’t have an account with PayPal you may sign up when
you proceed to checkout.
Do I pay sales tax
on orders?
Yes, if you are a California resident. No, if you are a customer in another
state.
For Californians: If you order on the internet and your product is shipped to
an address in California, you will be charged 7.25% sales tax. If we physically
deliver your order, you will be charged tax based on the county in which you
live. Los Angeles County sales tax is 8.25%.
Can I order the
Way to Go! Family Learning Journal™ without using the Internet?
Yes! You may mail us your order with a check or money order for the amount due
+ tax (if in California) + shipping costs. Send to:

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
You may return an item purchased from JantzenBooks, Inc. for a full refund, keeping the following in mind: The item should be in new condition (unopened) with original packaging, and the item is to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Defective items should be returned immediately so we can replace them.
